By downloading or using Airplane Deck ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Genesis Solutions grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
The App offers optional in-app purchases — a monthly subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase — that unlock additional game modes. All purchases are processed by Apple. Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
Klondike Solitaire and FreeCell are free to play and will remain free. No purchase is required to access them.
You agree not to: copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code; use the App for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to circumvent in-app purchase validation.
All content, graphics, code, and trademarks in the App are the property of Genesis Solutions or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license above.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genesis Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Genesis Solutions operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
