By downloading or using Isotope ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Genesis Solutions grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
The App is free to download and play. To support ongoing development, the App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob, including occasional full-screen ads between matches and optional rewarded ads that grant in-game coins. By using the App you agree to view these ads as part of the free experience.
The App may offer optional one-time in-app purchases (such as "Remove Ads") that disable advertising or grant cosmetic / convenience benefits. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and are non-refundable except as required by law or by Apple's refund policy.
The App uses an in-game currency ("coins") earned through gameplay, daily logins, the weekly challenge, and watching rewarded ads. Coins have no real-world value, cannot be converted to real money, and may be reset, adjusted, or removed at any time as part of normal game balancing or bug fixes.
You agree not to: copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code; use the App for any unlawful purpose; tamper with in-app purchase validation; or use any automated tool, bot, or modification to gain an unfair advantage.
All content, graphics, code, sound, and trademarks in the App are the property of Genesis Solutions or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license above.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genesis Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Genesis Solutions operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
